We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Data Analyst to join our team. This role is critical in supporting data-driven decision-making by developing reports, creating dashboards, and monitoring supply chain performance. Key Functions & Responsibilities:
1. Reporting & Dashboard Development
• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs related to inventory levels, warehouse performance, and delivery efficiency.
• Create standardized and ad-hoc reports for various stakeholders across the supply chain.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports.
2. Data Collection & Validation
• Gather and validate data from multiple systems, including ERP, WMS, and TMS platforms.
• Clean and structure raw data for analysis and visualization.
• Ensure data integrity and troubleshoot discrepancies across sources.
3. Performance Monitoring & Analysis
• Analyze trends in stock availability, order fulfillment, warehouse throughput, and delivery performance.
• Identify patterns, anomalies, and root causes of operational inefficiencies.
• Provide insights and data-driven recommendations for process improvements.
4. Tool & System Management
• Use tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar for data analysis and visualization.
• Support integration and automation of reporting processes.
• Collaborate with IT and systems teams to enhance data accessibility and reporting capabilities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience with data analysis and visualization in a supply chain environment.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL, and ERP/WMS/TMS systems (e.g., 1C).
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
